Hello and Welcome to Adapt at Work,

My mission is to help you create a meaningful work life that not only brings professional success but also personal fulfillment!

With a deep passion for helping people navigate their professional journey, I empower clients to design their career development plan, overcome challenges, manage workplace stress, and find purpose in their work. I believe that a career should be a source of both growth and happiness, and I’m dedicated to helping people build careers where they can truly thrive.

With an extensive background in psychology, I take a holistic approach, addressing the emotional and developmental aspects of work. Whether you’re in the midst of a career transition, facing burnout, or striving for work-life balance, I partner with you to create a path that aligns with your values and aspirations. Together, we will uncover your strengths and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles,

As a Leadership Psychologist, Senior Professional Career Coach, Licensed Mental Health Clinician, and Organization Effectiveness Consultant, my goal is to make work a place where you not only succeed, but feel fulfilled, and motivated every day!

Last, I live in beautiful Southern Maine and work in Boston, MA - but, thanks to remote technology, I love connecting with people all around the world!
